Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
What information does the quote form collect?
The quote form collects your delivery ZIP or address, project type, size, delivery date, placement, name and phone number. We use these only to quote and schedule your dumpster rental.
Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that delivers the message to us by email. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
What does the site record when you use it?
The site records simple events, such as a tap on a phone number, a ZIP check or a form submission, along with the page where it happened. We use these counts to learn which pages help renters. If an analytics tool is added to read these events, it will be named here.
The ZIP checker and size picker run in your browser. The ZIP you type is not stored by the site.
Do we sell or share your information?
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that process the quote form and with nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep quote requests and rental records as long as needed to serve you, bill you and meet tax and business record rules.
How do you ask for a copy or deletion?
Call (325) 241-7006 or write to Zack Bros Dumpster Rental, 2238 Industrial Blvd, Abilene, TX 79602. We will tell you what we hold and delete what we are not required to keep.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. The terms of your rental itself are on the rental terms page, and you can reach us any time through the contact page.
